Albert Leverne Bell

Albert Leverne Bell, 71, of Florence, passed away Wednesday, May 10, 2023. Mr. Bell was born the son of the late Elizabeth Morris Bell and John Burlon Bell. He was the owner-operator of Pee Dee Overhead Door for over 28 years and was a member of Florence Baptist Temple. He graduated from Hebron High School. Mr. Bell was an avid Gamecock fan and loved camping. He is survived by his wife and the love of his life for 32 years, Betty Isgett Bell; daughter, Beverly Dennis (Russell); step-son, Derek Rhea; grandchildren, Madeline Dennis, Anna Dennis, Eva Rhea and Shiloh Rhea; brother, Edward Bell (Mary); and sisters, Clarice Floyd, Wanda Floyd (Robert), Joyce Dennis and Mamie Beard (Bay); a number of nieces and nephews and special friend, Tommy Walkup. Family will receive friends on Sunday, May 14, 2023, from 5:00 – 7:00 PM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM on Monday, May 15, 2023, at Florence Baptist Temple. Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
