Alice Eula Young

Alice Eula Young, 103, of Sumter, SC passed on Tuesday, June 14, 2022. Mrs. Young was born in Florence County, SC a daughter of the late John Elonzo Evans and Exie Collins Evans. She was retired from Santee Print in Sumter, SC. She was a member of the Eastside Free Will Baptist in Florence. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Henry E Young; son, Willie Howard Young; grandson, Carnith Nelson Cribb; great-granddaughter, Susan Lenae Garey; great-grandson, William Kevin Cribb, Jr.. Surviving are her daughters, Iris M. “Penny” Ewing of Sumter, SC and Tressie Carolyn Sealy of New Bern, NC; her eight grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren. The family will receive friends from 2 – 3 pm Friday, June 17, 2022 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the service to be held at 3:00 pm in the funeral home chapel.Burial will follow in Mt.
