Annie Mae Hatchell

ANNIE MAE HATCHELL FLORENCE, SC ANNIE MAE HATCHELL, 94, of Florence, died Tuesday, August 23, 2011 in a Florence health care facility. Mrs. Hatchell was born in Florence Co., SC a daughter of the late Preston Burris and Janie Turner Burris.She retired from Florence School District One having been the lunchroom cook for Greenwood School. She was preceded in death by her parents, husbands, J.D. Joyner and Earl Hatchell; daughter, Betty Lou Llewellyn; brothers, Preston Burris and Oscar Barino; sisters, Belle Moore and Kathleen Wild. Surviving are her grandchildren, Peggy Colson, Debra Leach, John Llewellyn and Joseph Llewellyn; seven great-grandchildren and ten great-great-grandchildren; brother, James Barino and sisters, Louise Weatherford, Mary B. Smith and Alma Poston. A private burial will be held at Garden of Memories Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
