Barbara Coker Allen

Barbara Coker Allen, 74, of Florence, SC, was born July 15, 1949, passed away January 9, 2024. She is the daughter of the late John H. Coker and Clara M. Coker. Mrs. Allen was married to her loving husband for 24 years. She was also a member of Gospel Temple for 20 years. She was employed by McLeod Medical Center for 39 years. She was the most loving, caring, and unselfish woman you could meet. She loved her family and was a loving mother, nana, and sister. She is survived by her husband, Kenneth D. Allen; daughter, Jennifer (Chase) Rabon; grand-children, Cole Vaught and Caleb Rabon; brother, Elbert (Joanne) Coker; sisters, Betty (Randy) Porter, Mary Prosser, June Naus, and adopted sister, Linda McKee; and many loving nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends Saturday, January 13, 2024, from 1:00 – 2:00 PM in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel with the service to be held at 2:00 PM.
