Beatrice Bellflowers Hutchinson

Beatrice Bellflowers Hutchinson, 77, of Florence, SC, passed away on Wednesday, July 31, 2024, after a long and joyful life. Mrs. Hutchinson was born in Florence, SC, the daughter of the late Tom Bellflowers and Clara Mae Matthews Bellflowers. She spent her life serving others and making sure everyone felt ‘at home’- she never met a stranger. Bea was a locally known and loved cosmetologist who spent 40 years creating beauty in everything that she did. She also was a founding member at Peace Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her ‘girls’, Carla Hutchinson and Lisa Hutchinson and her brother, Cecil Bellflowers. Surviving are her husband, of 58 years, Carl Hutchinson; son, Christopher (Stephanie) Hutchinson; grandchildren, Tindall (Daniel) Hutchinson Petrella and Mary Katherine Hutchinson and her brothers, Jerry Bellflowers and Jack Bellflowers. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM, on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at Peace Free Will Baptist Church.
