Beaury E. Gantt

Beaury E. Gantt, 76, of Florence, passed away on Saturday, September 10, 2022. Mr. Gantt was a veteran of the US Army and a member of Calvary Baptist Church. He grew up in the Epworth Children’s Home and stayed active in the Alumni Association. He retired after 32 years with the South Carolina Department of Corrections as an electrician. He is predeceased by his daughter, Penny Gantt, and sisters, Ian Nelson and Harriet Jeffers. Mr. Gantt is survived by his wife, Michele Gantt; son, L. Beaury Gantt; step-son, Corey D. (Stella) Steverson; step-daughter, Kelsey E. Steverson and brother, Tommy (Barbara) Gantt. Family will receive friends from 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM on Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Calvary Baptist Church.
