Berna Parker Collins

Berna Parker Collins, 88, of Florence, S.C. passed away on Saturday, May 6, 2023. Mrs. Collins was born on January 4, 1935, in Anson County, NC, the daughter of the late Lemmie Parker and Thelma Turner Finucan. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her husband, Herbert M. Collins; Brother, Ward Parker; and Sister, Barbara Caudle. Surviving are her daughter, Robin Gregg (John); Grandsons, Garrett Gregg (Julia Pelowski) and Colton Gregg; Sister, Milladeen “Deen” Carpenter. She attended Freedom Baptist Church in Darlington, SC. Graveside service will be held Monday, May 8, 2023, at 3:00pm at Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
