Beulah Arnett Purvis Strickland

Beulah Arnett Purvis Strickland, of Florence, SC, passed away Tuesday, January 28, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Wellings A. Purvis and Lola Bell Freeman Purvis. In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by her sisters, Isadora Davis and Doris Davis. Surviving are her sons, Paul Bryant of Florence, SC, Warren Strickland of Ridgeland, SC, and David (Glenda) Poston of McBee, SC; daughters, Peggy (Terry) Cook of Florence, SC and Jean Cromer of Ridgeland, SC; nieces, Isabell Jeffords of Conway, SC, Billie Jean Brown of Darlington, SC, and Geraldine Morris of Hartsville, SC. The family will receive friends and family from 2:00 to 3:00 PM Friday, January 31, 2025 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the funeral service to follow at 3:00 PM.
