Bonnie Turner Wilkins

Bonnie Turner Wilkins, 79, of Effingham, SC, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. Mrs. Wilkins was born the daughter of the late Elvon Stone Turner and Arbie Turner, Sr. She was a member of Peace Free Will Baptist Church and had worked as a secretary for Florence Mack and Springs Services. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her sister, Mary Corbin and brother-in-law, Keller Corbin. Mrs. Wilkins is survived by her husband of 57 years, Willie F. Wilkins; sons, Thad (Angela) Wilkins, Tony (Mary) Wilkins and Todd (Katie) Wilkins; grandchildren, Tyler (Addy) Wilkins, Hunter Wilkins, Hannah Wilkins, Ella Wilkins, Josh Wilkins and Izzy Wilkins; brothers, Arbie (Susie) Turner, Jr., Wally (Susan) Turner and Paul (Barbara) Turner; sisters, Pauline (Tommy) Taylor and Martha (Roger) Kelly; and many nieces and nephews. Family will receive friends from 2:00 – 3:00 PM on Saturday, November 11, 2023, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Turner Cemetery.
