Carmen Marie Broach

Carmen Marie Broach, 23, of Florence, SC, passed away May 25, 2024. She was the daughter of Brantley Allen Broach and Sommer Wilkes Broach. Carmen was a certified EMT with Florence County EMS. She enjoyed kickboxing and was a member of Carolina Kickboxing Academy. She also loved Jiu-jitsu, hunting, and fishing. She is preceded in death by her paternal grandfather, Earnest Broach, and uncle, Lloyd Wilkes. Surviving are her parents; paternal grandmother, Betty Broach; maternal grandparents, Ann Welch and Lamar Wilkes, and her Mimi, Wanda Wilkes; a number of special loving aunts, uncles, cousins and others; three special friends, Tina Phan, Sarah Hansen, and Will McGrew. Memorials may be made to The Jayne H. Boswell Animal Shelter, 1434 S. McCurdy Road, Florence, SC 29506, in her memory. The family will receive friends from 6:00 – 8:00 PM Monday, June 3, 2024, at Stoudenmire- Dowling Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 4, 2024 at Peace Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Garden of Memories.
