Charlie Don Frye

CHARLIE DON FRYE FLORENCE, SC CHARLIE DON FRYE, 54, of Florence, died Monday, January 31, 2011 at his residence after an illness. Mr. Frye was born in Florence County, SC a son of Claudia Lee Floyd Frye and the late Clarence Eugene Frye.He worked for HealthSouth in maintenance for 18 years and loved playing golf. Surviving are his wife of 22 years, Virginia Marie Teal Frye of the home; children, Christopher Don Frye of Georgia, Natosha Renee Frye and Dennis Ray Carpenter, Jr., both of Florence and Deena Marie Carpenter of Lexington; five grandchildren; siblings, Clifford, Libby, Janice, Mary, Pat, Stella and Darlene. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM Thursday, February 3, 2011 in the Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel.Burial will follow in the cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
