CLARENCE JUNIOR KEEFE Pamplico, S.C. Clarence Junior Keefe, 87, of Pamplico, died Tuesday, November 23, 2010 in a Florence hospital after an extended illness. Mr. Keefe was born in Pamplico, a son of the late William Wallace and Leila Page Keefe. He graduated from Pamplico High School and was the owner of Keefe Trucking Company. He was a member of Pamplico First Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife, Betty McAlister Keefe of Pamplico, and by a sister, Sarah Keefe Poston of Florence. He was preceded in death by a sister, Myrtle Keefe, and by his brothers; Sidney, Frank, Odell, Rudolph, Fred, Guy, and Cleo Keefe. A Private Graveside service will be at held Wednesday, November, 24 at Beulah Baptist Church Cemetery in Hyman. The family will receive friends at the residence from 10-12:00 Wednesday. The family wishes to recognize and give thanks to Adair Calcutt and Fran Hayes with Winyah Hospice, and to his caregivers, Sylvia Davis, Shirley Brown, Val Murphy, Stephanie Pearce, and Rosa Rivers, and also to a special friend, Betty Wells.
