David Mitchell Calhoun

David Mitchell Calhoun, 61, of Florence, SC, passed away peacefully at home on June 29, 2022, with his wife and son by his side. Mr. Calhoun was born the son of Patricia Ann Herring Calhoun and the late Philip Cauldwell Calhoun.He was the owner and operator of Maaco Collison Repair and Auto Painting. He was a member of St. Ann Catholic Church and was baptized on April 15, 2017, one of his happiest days. Mr. Calhoun was a long-time recreational and private school baseball and football coach and loved car shows and Gamecock Football. Mr. Calhoun is survived by his wife, Judith Ann Laug Calhoun; son, Michael (Cortney) Calhoun of Florence; and grandson, Lincoln Campana. Family will receive friends from 5:00 – 6:00 PM with a Wake Service to begin at 6:00 PM on Sunday, July 3, 2022, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.
