Debra Morris

Debra Morris, 58, of Effingham, passed away on Monday, October 31, 2022. Mrs. Morris was born in Timmonsville, SC a daughter of Patsy Louise Edwards Goodson and the late Walter Nelson Goodson Sr. She was preceded in death by her father. Surviving are her husband, Larry Morris, of Effingham; daughters, Debra Morris, of Effingham, and Rachel (Brandon) Sawyer, of Pamplico; sons, Larry Morris and Justin (Abigail) Morris, of Effingham; brothers, Walter Goodson, of Effingham, and Ronnie (Connie) Goodson, of Ontario; sisters, Brenda (Fred) Herring, of Effingham, and Jeannie Gandy, of Florence; and grandchildren, Scarlett Sawyer, of Pamplico, Liyah Morris, Finley Grace Morris, Davilyn Pearl Morris, of Effingham, and Lindsey Gandy, of Florence. The family will receive friends from 5:00 – 7:00 pm Wednesday, November 2, 2022 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm Thursday, November 3, 2022 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.
