Edward Brian Wollgast

Edward B. Wollgast, 66, of Florence, SC, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2023. Mr. Wollgast was the son of the late Bernard Wollgast and Lee Rose Wollgast. He was a veteran of the US Air Force, having served four years. He worked at ABB as a breaker tester and loved his guns and riding motorcycles. Mr. Wollgast was married for over thirty years to his loving wife, the late Lois Ann Floyd Wollgast. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife. Surviving are his daughter, Cynthia (Phillip) Cook; son, Homer F. (Michelle) Brown of Coward, SC; grandchildren, Cristian (Heather) Cook, Levi (Macy) Cook, Captain Cook, Adam Sluder, Austin Brown, Logan Brown, and Lofton Brown; great-grandchildren, Parker Cook and Lindy Cook; brother, Jim Wollgast of Columbia, SC; step-mom and three step-sisters.
