Frances J. Collier

Frances J Collier, 83, of Florence, SC, wife of Franklin D. Collier, Sr. passed away on June 16, 2022, in her home. Mrs. Collier was born June 7, 1939, in Lynchburg, VA, daughter of the late Robert James Hunt and Ida Brown Jordan Hunt. She worked at Southernchem Inc. for over 30 years and was a member of Palmetto Street Church of God. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Franklin D Collier, Sr.; son, Michael Lee Collier; sister, Barbara Hunt Finley and daughter-in-law, Lisa Burrows Collier. Surviving are sons, Stephen (Laura) Collier of Lynchburg, VA and Franklin D. Collier, Jr. of Florence, SC; sister, Linda McFadden of Lynchburg, VA; grandchildren, Christopher Collier, Megan Bussert Collier, James Collier, Carrie Collier, Kameron Collier of Florence, SC, Jenna Blair Collier, and Chelsea R; great-grandchild, Warren James Davis. The family will have a memorial service at 1:30 PM Saturday, June 18, 2022, at Palmetto Street Church of God.
