Franklin Delanor Boykin Sr.

Franklin Delanor Boykin Sr., of Florence, SC, passed away Sunday, March 9, 2025. He is the son of the late Homer Boykin and Edith Boykin. Frank shared a wonderful marriage with his loving wife for 61 years. He was a devoted member of Tans Bay Baptist Church and proudly served in the U.S. Air Force. A passionate enthusiast of classic cars, he was also an active man who loved to stay fit and exercise. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, Glenwood Boykin and sister, Dorothy Gregory. He is survived by his wife, Patricia Faye Poulas Boykin; son, Franklin Delanor (Charlene) Boykin Jr.; daughter, Melony (Michael) Keller; grandchildren, Gabriel Keller, Gavin Keller, Garrison Keller, Gage Keller, Pierce Boykin, and Ember Boykin. The family will receive friends and family from 2:30 - 3:30 PM, Sunday, March 16, 2025, at Tans Bay Baptist Church, 3919 South Irby Street, Florence, SC 29505.
