HARRIET HARRELL MURRAY Florence, S.C. Harriet Harrell Murray, 71, of Florence, died Saturday, February 5, 2011 at her residence after an illness. Mrs. Murray was born in Florence, a daughter of the late George Hepburn and Mary Lee Hyman Harrell.She was employed with Belk of Florence for 38 years and had been associated with "Leadership Florence" for several years. She was a member of Northgate Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister, Mary Ellen Harrell Elliott, and her husband, David "Bo" Murray, Sr. Surviving are her children; David C. Murray, Jr. and wife Pam of Florence; Randy G. Murray and wife Debbie of Arlington, TX and Allison Lee Murray (Roger Warren) of Florence; 2 sisters; Alice (Don) Wise of Florence and Catherine (Linwood) Wade of Conway; 3 Grandchildren, Chris D. Murray of Florence and Hannah and Corban Murray of Arlington, TX; and her Brother-in-Law, Bobby Elliott of Hemingway. Also surviving are her husband's siblings; D.W. "Dan" Murray, Jr. of Lexington, Archie (Judy) Murray of Florence, Gibson (Becky) Murray of Whiteville, N.C., Michael (Debra) Murray of Sumter, Nancy Murray Collins (Jim Sanders) and Margie Murray (Tommy) Royal, both of Florence, and a number of nieces and nephews. Graveside service will be at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday, February 8, 2011 in the Ebenezer Baptist Church Cemetery, directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
