Herman Carlisle Childers

Herman Carlisle Childers, of Pamplico, SC, passed away Sunday, January 19, 2025. He was the son of the late Carl Childers and Florence Childers. Herman loved his church Beulah Baptist Church and served in various capacities there. He loved music and even retired as a DJ. He was an avid golfer. He also loved keeping up the Wigglein and loved working there. Most importantly he loved his wife, Donna, unconditionally. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his treasured mother-in-law, Grit. He is survived by his wife, Donna Childers; and sisters, Sandra (Bill) Bunting, Sue (Rick) Ryder, and Shirley (Mike) Prescott. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 PM, Friday, January 24, 2025, at Beulah Baptist Church with the visitation to follow. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to Beulah Baptist Church at 784 North Pamplico Hwy, Pamplico, SC, 29583.
