Ina Jean Gough, 76, of Florence, SC, passed away January 13, 2024. Ina is the daughter of the late John L. Turner Sr and Willena Arnette Turner. She loved arts and crafts, so much so that she was featured in the SHE magazine for her skilled crafts. She was NASCAR’s #1 fan and was broadcast as such on TV. She loved to collect spoons, thimbles, shot glasses, and snow globes. She was an expert scrapbooker and the family genealogist. Lastly, she was affectionately known as Dynamite by her family and friends. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by her nephew, John L Turner III. She is survived by her son Paul (Joy McDaniel) Galloway of Timmonsville, SC; brother, John (Gloria) Turner Jr of Florence, SC; niece, Kathryn Pickett (Cody) of Florence, SC; nephew, Chris Turner (Stephanie) of Charlotte, NC; and grand-nephew, John Turner IV of Florence, SC. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 PM Thursday January 18, 2024, at the Mount Hope Mausoleum with the service to be held at 2:00 PM in the Mausoleum Chapel. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
