James Haselden Allen

JAMES HASELDEN ALLEN FLORENCE, SC JAMES HASELDEN ALLEN, 77, of Florence, died Sunday, August 21, 2011 at his residence. Mr. Allen was born in Georgetown, SC a son of the late James Heins Allen and Myrtle Haselden Allen.He was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church and a US Navy veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents. Surviving are his brother, Ed (Harriette) Allen of Florence; sister, Betty (Tommy) Summerford of Florence and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to St. Paul United Methodist Church, 1629 W. Palmetto Street, Florence, SC29501. A memorial service for family and friends will be held at 10:00 AM Wednesday, August 24, 2011 at the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.The family will receive friends immediately following the service.
