James Ivey "Tommy" Gray

JAMESIVEY"TOMMY" GRAY EFFINGHAM, SC James Ivey "Tommy" Gray, 63, of Effingham, died Sunday, April 24, 2011, at his residence. Mr. Gray was born in Florence County, SC, a son of the late Corrine Broach and Comer B. Gray.He was a member of the Piney Grove Church of God of Prophecy. He was preceded in death by his brothers, C. B. Gray and Larry Gray, and his sister, Christine Altman. Surviving are his sisters, Nancy (Tommy) McGee and Irene Jump, both of Effingham, SC, Mary (Herbert) McKissick of Florence, SC, Esther Brooks of Beaufort, SC and Loretta (Marion) Passailaigue of Summerville, SC; a brother, Ralph Gray of Effingham, SC; a special sister-in-law, Ann Gray of Effingham; and a number of nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 27, 2011 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Florence Memorial Gardens.
