Jane Ball Phillips

Jane Ball Phillips, 75, of Florence, passed away on Friday, October 22, 2021. Mrs. Phillips was born in Annapolis, MD the daughter of the late T.P. McCullough and Meda Virginia Ball McCullough.She was a member of Highland Park United Methodist Church and retired as a Drug Abuse Counselor from Tri-County Alcohol and Drug Abuse Commission. She was preceded in death by her parents and by a brother, Gene McCullough. Surviving are her husband, Jimmie Phillips; son, Phil (Kris Ann) Phillips of Overland Park, KS; daughter, Heather (Marty) Taylor of Florence; grandchildren, Juliann Phillips, Stephanie Phillips, and Keegan Taylor; brother, Charles (Mallary) McCullough of Clifton, VA. Memorials may be made to a charity of one’s choice. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
