Jane S. Skinner

Jane Spring Skinner, (63) of Timmonsville, SC, passed peacefully on April 10, 2022, surrounded by loved ones. Jane was born on October 21, 1958, to Elbert and Betty Rogers in Essex, England.She was a loving wife and dedicated mother.Jane had humor and wit and always made others laugh.She never met a stranger.She had a servant’s heart, a vivacious personality and always put others before herself.Her hobbies included gardening and camping, but her greatest joy was spending time with her family and her dog, Rocco.She will be missed greatly by her family and friends as well as all the lives she has touched. Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Dennis Spring and is survived and lovingly remembered by her husband, James Thomas Skinner; daughters, Lauren (Nick) Kremidas and Sarah (Burnes) Yarborough; her parents, Elbert and Betty Rogers; brother, Billy (Lynette) Rogers; and family and friends. Jane’s family would like to extend their gratitude to the doctors and ICU staff at MUSC for the care provided, kind words spoken, and prayers given.In remembrance of Jane, the family asks that any charitable donations be made to the Darlington Humane Society. 705 Adoption Way, Darlington, SC 29532 Funeral service will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday, April 13, 2022, at Florence Memorial Gardens Mausoleum Chapel directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.
