Jennie Alicia Sawyer

Jennie Alicia Sawyer, 39, of Mayesville, SC, passed away on Sunday, October 30, 2022. Mrs. Sawyer was born the daughter of Herman Powell and the late Emma Lois Britt Powell. She was a 2001 graduate of Florence Christian School and a graduate of Francis Marion University School of Nursing. She was a Registered Nurse with McLeod Regional Medical Center. Mrs. Sawyer was a member of First Free Will Baptist Church. In addition to her father, she is survived by her husband, Timothy Sawyer; sons, Bryson Sawyer and Brayden Sawyer; daughter, Willow Grace Sawyer; brother, Richard Powell; sisters, Nina (Bret) Bohler and Dana Acosta; and nieces and nephews, Jeremy (Jamie) Bohler, Brittany Bohler, Whitney, Lindsey and Taylor Powell and John Robert (Alexis) Sawyer. Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 5, 2022, at First Free Will Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
