John William Kelly

John Kelly, 73, of Lake City, SC, passed away on Tuesday, May 23, 2023. John Kelly was born in Lake City, SC, the son of the late William Theodore Kelly and Ruby Elizabeth Kelly. Mr. Kelly was a member of the Lake City Pentecostal Holiness Church for 52 years. He was an avid hunter and enjoyed playing golf. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his brother, James Kelly; and sister, Lorraine Floyd. Surviving is his loving wife, of 52 years, Brenda Kelly; sons, John William (Meredith) Kelly Jr. and William Theodore (Amanda) Kelly II; grandchildren Caleb Kelly, Alex Kelly, and Chris Kelly, and a number of nieces and nephews. Memorials can be made to the Lake City Pentecostal Holiness Church, PO Box 220, Lake City, SC 29560. The family will receive friends from 10:00 AM – 11:00 AM on Saturday, May 27, 2023, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM, Saturday, May 27, 2023, in the funeral home chapel.
