Joseph "Joe" Paul Fulmer

Joseph “Joe” Paul Fulmer, 56, of Florence, SC, passed away Saturday, March 8, 2025. He is the son of Vivian Kozele Howard and the late Ronald Eugene Fulmer. Joe graduated from Greenwood High School and went on to earn his associate degree from Anderson College, followed by a bachelor's degree from Franklin University. He dedicated 15 years to Sonoco Products and also gained experience working at Stanley Black & Decker, Zapp Inc., and Muhler. Most recently, he has been consulting with Carolina Truck Parts. In addition to his father, he is preceded in death by his brother, Mathew Fulmer; grandparents Joe and Helen Kozele and Paul and Anna Bash; mother-in-law, Mary Lou Baker. In addition to his mother, Vivian and her husband Bill, He is survived by his loving wife, Melissa B. Fulmer; daughters, Lauren Blake Fulmer (Landon Boswell) and Logan Caroline Fulmer; special companion & side kick, Teddy; sister, Amie Fulmer; nieces and nephews, Chase Fulmer, Paige Fulmer, Claire Baker, Maggie Baker, and Devin Chaplin. Also surviving are his family by marriage Harmon “Gene” Baker Sr. and Gene Jr. and his wife Laura Baker.
