Juanita Dutcher

Juanita Dutcher Florence, SC Juanita Dutcher, 78 of Florence, passed away Saturday, June 25, 2011 at her son's residence after an extended illness. Ms. Dutcher was born in Marion, a daughter of the late Travis J. and Carrie Lee Glisson Rowell.She was a member of the V.F.W. Ladies Auxillary, the MOC and MOCA, and was a member of Eastside Free Will Baptist Church.She was an avid bowler and "Sunshine Lady" at both Southgate and All Star Lanes bowling alleys for over 20 years.She also represented South Carolina nationally in Senior Bowling tournaments numerous times. She is preceded in death by her parents; first husband, Elloyd Hicks; second Husband, Billie Dutcher; two brothers, Travis Bethea Rowell and Jimmy Rowell. Surviving are two sons, Raymond (Kathy) Hicks of Florence and Travis (Maria) Hicks of Raleigh, NC; two daughters, Dixie (Randy) Kuntz of Lawrenceville, GA and Annie (Jason) Miller of Columbia; a step-son, Bill (Connie) Dutcher of Baltimore, MD; six grandchildren, Kelly (Stephen) Bell, Alison Langston, Alexandria Hicks, Christopher Hicks, Abby (Shawn) Babson, and Benjamin (Kimberley) Langston; five great-grandchildren, Dawson Bell, Chase Langston, Hayden Bell, Ainsley Langston, and Shay Babson. A memorial service will be held at 6:00 PM on Thursday, June 30, 2011 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.The family will receive friends from 5-6 PM on Thursday at the funeral home.
