Karl Noah Hyman, Jr.

Karl Noah Hyman, Jr, (69) of Florence, SC, passed away on Monday, April 3, 2023. Mr. Hyman was born in Florence, SC, a son of the late Karl Noah Hyman, Sr. and Mary O’Connor. He attended Florence-Darlington TEC where he earned his Marketing Degree and a Certificate in Business Administration. He worked for Tri-Care in Florence as a record payment analyst. Mr. Hyman loved Irish and Country music and family history. He was able to determine that he was a descendent of two Americans that cosigned the Declaration of Independence, Robert and Lewis Morris. Robert was a distant relative and Louis was a direct descendant. He was a member of the Sons of The American Revolution and Lebanon Free Will Baptist Church. Surviving are his son, Joshua Tyler. Hyman; brother, Patrick F. Hyman; sister, Kathy E. Kirby; several nieces and nephews; several great-nieces and nephews and the mother of his son, Sherry Hyman. In addition to his parents, he is also predeceased by his sister, Lucille Cribb. Memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Tuesday, April 11, 2023, at the Mount Hope Mausoleum Chapel directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Family will receive friends immediately following the service.
