Lilly Ann Frierson Timmons Koenigsmann

Lilly Ann Frierson Timmons Koenigsmann, 73, of Honea Path, formerly of Florence, SC, passed away on Sunday, March 19, 2023. Mrs. Koenigsmann was born in Florence, SC, a daughter of the late Sarah Jane and Jesse Frierson. She served as the pastors wife for 14 years and is a former member of Effingham Church of God. She retired from DSS as a Social worker. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband Dallas E. Timmons Jr and second husband Clint West; brothers, J.W. Frierson, and Sam Allen Frierson; sister, Elizabeth Saint. Surviving are her Husband, Robert “Bob” Koenigsmann; sons David (Kim) Timmons, and Bobby (Sasha) Timmons; daughter, Stacey (Allen) Knotts; step daughters, Nancy (Eddie) Schebal and Miriam Newman; brothers, Stanley (Brenda) Frierson, Toby (Rhonda) Frierson; sisters, Rozella Fipps, and Sarah (Johnny) Alexander; 10 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Robert Koenigsmann at 9 Green St Honea Path, SC, 29654. The funeral service will be held at 1:00 pm, on Wednesday, March 22, 2023, at Peace Free Will Baptist Church. The family will receive friends prior to the service from 12:00-1:00 PM at the church. Burial will follow at Sparrow Swamp Baptist Church Cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
