Linda Ruth Alford Harrell

Linda Ruth Alford Harrell, 75, of Florence, SC, passed away Thursday, August 1, 2024. She was the daughter of the late Walter Herbert Alford and Hattie Jean Bryant Alford. Linda was a hostess chairman at Northgate Baptist Church. She was married to her loving husband for 45 years. She loved children and was a dedicated daycare worker for over 20 years. She also adored her grandchildren. She loved her Clemson Tigers. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her husband, Morgan Richard Harrell; niece, Joy Harrell; sister-in-law, Karen Harrell; brother-in-law, Bill Bailey. She is survived by her sons, Richard Walter Harrell and Hewitt Paul (Michelle) Harrell; daughter, Angela Cason; grandchildren, Noah Harrell, Malena Harrell, Tanner Harrell, Noelle Harrell, Elizabeth Cason; sister, Carolyn Bailey; nieces, Amy Harrell and Melissa Chavis; nephew Adam (Sandra) Edwards; sister-in-law, Jessie (Jimmy) Edwards; brother-in-law, Leon Harrell; great nieces, and extended family. The family will receive friends Tuesday August 6, 2024, at 10:00-11:00 AM at Northgate Baptist Church with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 AM at the church.
