Linda Gaddy Hefner

Linda Hefner, 70, of Florence, SC, passed away on Thursday, July 13, 2023. She was born in Palatka, FL, the daughter of the late Clyde Ashby Gaddy and Grace Barrineau Gaddy. She worked as an administrative assistant for the State of South Carolina Department of Education for 39 years before retiring in 2010. She loved her family, and her grandchildren were her life. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by, her son, Thomas Daniel Isgett Jr.; and brother, Henry Ronnie Gaddy; and half-brother, Carroll A. “Buddy” Gaddy. Surviving are her husband, Billy E. Hefner Jr.; daughter, Ashlee Rebecca Isgett, of Florence, SC; step-son, Billy E. “Trey” (Kelly) Hefner III, of Granite Falls, NC; brother, Carl (Cheryl) Gaddy, of Florence, SC; half-sister, Clydette Covington, of Orlando, FL; grandchildren, Thomas Dalton Isgett and Lillian Grace Isgett; step-grandchildren, Makayla Hefner and Joshua Hefner; and many nieces and nephews.
