Linda Doreen Oliver Isgett

Linda Doreen Oliver Isgett, 76, of Florence, SC, passed away on Monday, June 24, 2024. Mrs. Isgett was born in Florence, SC, the daughter of the late Luther Oliver and Hazel Goodall Oliver. She was a graduate of McClenaghan High School. She worked for Yopp Manufacturing in Florence for a number of years. Mrs. Isgett later became a self-employed private duty end-of-life caregiver. She was a member of Florence Baptist Temple for over 40 years. Linda faithfully served the Lord in every capacity possible until the time of her death. She was a devout Christian woman, who never met a stranger in her life and who loved her family dearly. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her sister, Mildred Rogers and brother, Don Oliver. Surviving are her husband, Calvin M. Isgett, of Florence, SC; daughters; Kim (Travis) Weaver, of Timmonsville, SC, Crystal Coleman, of Florence, SC, and J.J. (Reggie) Hill, of Effingham, SC; grandchildren, Joshua Weaver, Dylan (Mills Pennebaker) Dawkins, Dustin Hill, Callie Hill, and Carson Hill; great-grandchildren, Samantha Weaver and Maggie Weaver; and brother, Kenny (Pam) Oliver, of Florence, SC. The family will receive friends from 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM, on Friday, June 28, 2024, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. A memorial service will be held at 1:00 PM, on Saturday, June 29, 2024, at Florence Baptist Temple Chapel directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
