Lula Irene Nettles Gaymon

Lula Irene Nettles Gaymon, 78, of Florence, passed away on Tuesday, September 21, 2021. Mrs. Gaymon was born the daughter of the late Lula Mae McClam Nettles and Clinton George Nettles. In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by brothers: Geter, Bobby, Randolph, Howard, McGhan, and Jimmy Nettles. Surviving are her children, James “Jimmy” Curry of Florence, Gerald (Maria) Curry of Lake Havasu, AZ and Linda Kay (Daniel) Palmer of Aiken, SC. A brother, Charlie (Diana) Nettles of Cape Floral, Fl. Also, many grandchildren and great grandchildren, who gave her the most joy. Special thanks to Daniel Palmer Jr., for all the love and care you gave your grandma. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, September 25, 2021, at Hicks Cemetery.Directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
