On Wednesday, November 9th, Marianne Rita Bryant (Seuss), a beloved mother of 3, grandmother of 9, and great-grandmother of 13, passed away from stage 5 thyroid cancer. She was born to Helen Ford and Robert Seuss. Marianne was an avid reader, a master chef, and a wonderful provider. She prided herself as being a “grandma for all”. Every person that walked into her house was welcomed with open arms and given a hot plate of homemade food to fill their stomachs. She made sure everyone felt like they were at home while staying with her, even if it was just for a few minutes. She loved talking to anyone about anything... except politics. Once the smiling face of Herring Appliance, she later moved on to A&L Appliance, retiring two years ago. Marianne enjoyed traveling and cruises, exploring the Americas with her lifelong friend, Marilyn. She enjoyed going to circuses, fairs, zoos and amusement parks, and loved to go camping. She loved Harley Davidson, Coors Light, billiards and being the life of any party. A gathering of family and friends will be held on Sunday, November 13th at her home in Florence, SC. In lieu of giving flowers, the family asks that donations be sent via CashApp to $MarianneBryant or sent directly to her house. For further details, contact her granddaughter, Alissa, at 843-665-8724, please leave a message if there is no answer.
