MARY E WATTS Florence, SC MARY E WATTS, 85 of Florence, passed away Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at Carolinas Hospital System. Mrs. Watts was born in Asheville, NC a daughter of the late Charles Nolan Early, Sr. and Julia Louise Smith Early.She had been employed with Florence Manufacturing and had been office manager for Watts Used Parts. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband Leon Oscar Watts, who died November 8, 1998; brother, Charles Nolan Early, Jr. and a grandson, Robbie O. Brunson. Surviving are her daughter, Martha (Robert) Brunson of Florence; sons, Leon Oscar "Fraze" (Linda) Watts, Jr. and Hoyt Darrell "Buddy" (Nelly) Watts, both of Florence; grandchildren, Julie W. (Chris) Parker and Priscilla W. (Charles) Russell, both of Florence; great-grandchildren, Dalton Russell and Jarrett Watts Russell; sisters, Margaret "Greta" Benton of Florenceand Cecelia "Puggy" (Lewis) Disher, of Sumter and brothers, Tommy Early of Evergreen and Eddie Early of Columbia. Memorials may be made to a Youth Group at a church of your choice. Funeral services will be held at 3:00 PM, Friday, July 15, 2011 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow at Florence Memorial Gardens.
