Mary Frances Martin Wiggins

Mary Frances Martin Wiggins, 74, of Florence, SC, passed away Saturday, June 22, 2024. She was born in Dillon, SC, the daughter of the late Dorothy Spearman Martin and Claude Haskell Martin. Mrs. Wiggins worked with FSD1 for some time and worked with spousal support groups for the 413th Chemical Company during Desert Storm. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by siblings, Tim Martin, Frank Martin, Jeanetta Perry, and Ruth Martin. Surviving is her husband of 55 years, Richard Jerry Wiggins; son, Richard “Richie” Jerry Wiggins, Jr.; daughter, Kimberlee Anne (Frank) Wiggins-Parnell; grandchildren, Christopher McGee, CarrieBeth Moore, Cameron Moore, and Alex Parnell; 3 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Marvin “Bo” Martin. The family will receive friends 5:00 – 7:00 PM Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. A funeral service will be 1:00 PM Wednesday, June 26, 2024, in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel. Burial to follow at 2:00 PM at Florence National Cemetery.
