Mary Lillian Strawn

Mary Lillian Strawn, 76, of Florence, SC, passed away at Mcleod Hospice House on April 4, 2025. She was the daughter of the late Frank Logan and Helen Mize. Mary worked at PET Dairy and had a deep love for her family. She enjoyed coloring, cross-stitching, and crafting artificial flower arrangements. She was also an avid reader. In addition to her parents, she is preceded in death by her Husband, Robert Weldon Strawn; daughter, Lisa Bigelow-Colone; brother, Shorty Logan. She is survived by her son, Russell “Rusty’ B. Ard (Tonya); daughters, Deborah Hinson, Kristy Douglas; brother, David Logan; 7 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends Monday, April 7, 2025 from 4:00-6:00 PM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, April 8, at 10:00 AM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Burial will follow at Florence National Cemetery. The family would like to thank the staff at Mcleod Hospice House and PTCU for taking care of Mary so well.
