Patricia L. Murphy Truitt

Patricia L. Murphy Truitt passed away Sunday, September 8, 2024. She was born in Greenville, PA on December 6, 1956, to the late Frank R. Murphy and Eva Lorraine Cadman Murphy. Patricia was a receptionist for Dr. Terry at Sexton Dental for 18 years. She had previously worked at Target Stamp Products for 16 years in Kinsman, Ohio. Her hobbies included riding her Harley, weeding her flower gardens, and playing bingo or slot machines with her family/mom. She enjoyed swinging on her swing and bird watching. She is survived by her husband, Charles Truitt; son, Sean (Jessica) Cottrell of Florence, SC; Sparky (Spoiled little pup); grandchildren, Tyler Boyer and Morgan Cottrell; brothers, Frank R. (Kathleen) Murphy of Greenville, PA, Dave (Melissa) Murphy of Jamestown, PA, and Scott (Rebecca) Murphy of Hadley, PA. The family will receive friends Thursday, September 12, 2024, from 2:00-3:00 PM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home with the service to follow at 3:00 PM. Also, there will be a celebration of life service held at a later date in North Jackson, Ohio.
