Peggy Carmen Ayers

Peggy Carmen Ayers, 90, passed away Saturday, January 4, 2025. Peggy was born in Union County, Tennessee and lived in Florence, South Carolina for over 50 years. Preceded in death by her husband, Clifford Ayers; daughter, Lisa Ayers Goff; mother, Frances Carmen and brother-in-law, Reed Parks Campbell. She is survived by her sister, Beverly "Cookie" Campbell; nieces, Jennifer (Dustin) Melton, Whitney (Trey) Harrison, Heather (Mike) Weiner, Hannah and Emily Weiner and nephews, Jeffrey Campbell and Reed Melton. Graveside services will be held on Wednesday, January 8, 2025, at 2:00 PM in the Mount Hope Mausoleum Chapel. Burial will follow directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
