Randy Lynn Turner Effingham, SC Randy Lynn Turner, 49, of Effingham, died Tuesday, November 15, 2011 at the McLeod Hospice House after an illness. Mr. Turner was born in Sumter Co., SC a son of Thomas W. Turner and the late Pearline Parker Turner.He was a member of First Assembly of God in Florence where he served as a Lay Minister for the church.He had been employed with Angus-Palm for six years. He was preceded in death by his mother, Pearline Parker Turner and a sister, April Denise Turner. Surviving are his wife of 24 years, Nancy Turner of Effingham, daughters, Nikki Johnson and Brittany Turner; son-in-law, Jeffrey Johnson; brothers, Roger Glen Turner and James Robert Turner; sisters, Robyn Elaine Scurry and Elsie Louise Kreuzer; one grandson and several nieces and nephews. Memorials may be made to Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home to assist the family. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Thursday, November 17, 2011 at the First Assembly of God Church in Florence.Burial will follow in the Sandy Bay Memorial Cemetery in Kingstree directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
