Richard Paul Blevins, 75, of Darlington, SC, passed away on June 9, 2022. Richard Blevins was born in Carter, TN, a son of the late Paul Blevins and Mary Hodge Blevins. He was preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Deborah Richardson and Sue Posey; brother, Mitchell Blevins; grand-daughter, Karrissa Setzer. Surviving are his wife, Rachel Blevins; son, Richard Paul (Laura) Riddle of Nashville, TN; step-daughters, Carolyn Kirkman, Becky Rash, and Jennifer Brauner; step-son, Ernest (Michell) Setzer; grandchildren, Eliza Riddle and Grace Riddle, Keara Setzer, Kaela Setzer, Carla Coffee, Casey Coffee. Rachel Nicole Colbaught and Dakota Wilson; brother, Timothy (Dong) Blevins of Ft. Deposit, AL; sister, Judy (Jackie) Whitley of Morganton, NC.
