ROBERT C. JORDAN, JR. FLORENCE, SC ROBERT C. JORDAN, JR., 70, of Florence, died Sunday, November 13, 2011 in a Florence hospital after an illness. Mr. Jordan was born in Florence, SC a son of the late Robert C. Jordan and Lydia Flowers Jordan.He was a veteran of the SC Army National Guard having been activated during the Cuban Missle Crisis.Mr. Jordan loved to hunt and fish and was a big Gamecock Fan. Surviving are his wife, Sharon Dority Jordan of Florence; son, Cody (Kelly) Jordan of Florence; granddaughter, Ella Grace Jordan of Florence and a brother, David Laurie Jordan of Goose Creek. Memorials may be made to the Florence Area Humane Society, PO Box 4808, Florence, SC29502. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, November 16, 2011 at Florence Memorial Gardens directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
