Robert Gene Price

Robert Gene Price, 88, of Florence, SC, passed away on Thursday, February 15, 2024. Mr. Price was born the son of the late Mary Louise Camlin Price and Oliver Wendell Price. He had served in the Army Reserves, and was a former Mason and Shriner and was the owner and operator of a landscaping business for many years. Mr. Price retired from CP&L/Progress Energy. Surviving are his wife, Betty Price; sons, Tony (Alane) Price and Perry Wilson (Hope) Price; grandchildren, Ben (Janet) Price, Dalton (Cassie) Price; Hays (Mason) Price; Jennifer Price and Matthew Price; great-grandchildren, Stella Price and Kate Price; and brother, Raymond (Suzanne) Dorn. The family will receive friends from 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM on Sunday, February 18, 2024, at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Funeral Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday in the Funeral Home Chapel.
