Shirley Ann Garrison Pamplico, SC Shirley Ann Garrison, 66, of Pamplico passed away Wednesday, February 1, 2012 in a local hospital after an illness. Mrs. Garrison was born in North Carolina, a daughter of the late Harrison and Annie Mae Johnson Cagle. She retired after 20 years from McLeod Hospital. She was a member of Friendfield Pentecostal Holiness Church. Mrs. Garrison is preceded in death by her parents; her sister, Margaret Carter; and by a brother, Richard Sutton; and by a grandchild, Jonathan Davis. Mrs. Garrison is survived by her husband, Joseph W. Garrison of Pamplico; 2 sons, Henry Bennett (Hope) Davis and Leo Shane (Mandy) Smith, both of Pamplico; 2 daughters, Teresa Davis (John) Cain and Mary Lou Davis (Jeffrey) Johnson, both of Pamplico; a sister, Donna Horne of Friendfield; 8 grandchildren; and 5 great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be held 11:00 AM Thursday, February 9, 2012 at Friendfield Pentecostal Holiness Church. Burial will follow in the church cemetery directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
