Steve Allen Johansen

Effingham, SC Steve Allen Johansen, 58, of Effingham, passed away on Friday, February 18, 2011 at the McLeod Hospice House. Mr. Johansen was born in Six Lakes, MI, a son of Gerald and Pat Bowman Johansen.He was a Veteran of the US Army having served during Vietnam.Mr. Johansen was retired from Primax. Surviving are his wife, Kathy Langston of the home; parents, Gerald and Pat Bowman Johansen of Six Lakes, MI; two step-sons, Michael (Traci) Jeffords of Timmonsville and Doyle Beanblossom III of Effingham; a brother, Gerald (Dawn) Johansen of Michigan; four sisters, Julie Johansen and Chris (Dick) Borchardt both of Michigan, Debbie (Tim) Knopf of Ohio and Lisa (Luther) Pollack of Florida; a grandchild, Layke Jeffords; a niece Kelsey Norris, and a sister-in-law, Judy (Kenneth) Norris.
