STONEY LEE ALEXANDER COWARD, SC STONEY LEE ALEXANDER, 42, of Coward, died Monday, September 13, 2010. Mr. Alexander was born in Double Springs, Alabama, a son of Winfred Alexander and Carlos Layton Giglione.He was a veteran of the US Marine Corps and had worked for Gibson Industrial as Project Superintendent and loved the Detroit Lions. He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Ozilee Cornelison. Surviving are his father of Alabama; mother and step-father, Bob Giglione of Tennessee; wife of 12 years, Sandra Purvis Alexander of Coward; step-children, Jamie Maynard, Jonathan Poston and Jordan Poston, all of the home; brother, Rocky Alexander of Tennessee; sisters, Tina Alexander of Tennessee and Tami (Ron) Robison of Michigan. Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Friday, September 17, 2010 in the Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home Chapel.Burial will follow in Woodside Cemetery in Pamplico. The family will receive friends from 6 - 8 PM Thursday at the funeral home
