Timmons Mcbride Hoffmeyer

Timmons McBride Hoffmeyer, 82, of Florence, passed away on Friday, June 10, 2022. Mr. Hoffmeyer was born in Florence, SCa son of the late McBride and Anelle Burch Hoffmeyer.He was a farmer and retired in 1986 then went to work for ESAB. He was preceded in death by his parents; grandson, Alex Williams; sisters, Mary Thompson Harris, Doris Hoffmeyer, and Kate Smith Ingram. Surviving are his sons, Thomas (Marcia) Hoffmeyer of Florence and Ken Hoffmeyer of Greeley, CO; daughters, Julia (Gary) Lewis and Debra Williams of Florence; grandchildren, Hunter (Ashley) Hoffmeyer, Genniel (Casey) Varner, Tara Hoffmeyer, Stacy (Travis) Spradlin, Brandon Hoffmeyer, McBride “Mack” Hoffmeyer, Trevor Lewis, Abbie Lewis, Christine (Max) Rittmeyer; great-grandchildren, Hunter Grace Hoffmeyer, Leah Hoffmeyer, Huntley Varner, Charlee Varner, Kingsley Varner, Byerslee Spradlin, Aubrynn Spradlin, Canaan Spradlin, Summer Hoffmeyer, Carter Grace Lewis, and Kayden Lewis. Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, www.alz.org. The family will receive friends from 6 – 7 pm Monday, June 13, 2022 at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Tuesday, June 14, 2022 at Pisgah United Methodist Church.Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
