Timothy Thomas Ericksen

Timothy “Tim” Thomas Ericksen, 65, of Florence, SC, passed away Friday, June 14, 2024. He was the son of Katherine Lazzara Ericksen and the late Robert W. Ericksen. Tim graduated from South Florence High School class of 1977 and went on to get an associate’s degree in business at Florence-Darlington Technical College, graduating class of 1979. He worked for over 20 years for AT&T. He loved reading, and writing poetry, and playing and listening to music. He also loved to play the guitar. He was very spiritual and had a strong love for Jesus and he loved his family dearly. Surviving is his brother, Robert (Robin) Ericksen; nephew, Ryan Thomas (Francesca) Ericksen; niece, Ashley Ericksen (Andrew) Shaw; great niece, Emelia Katherine Shaw; great nephews, Noah Robert Ericksen, Alexander Caleb Shaw, and Harvey James Shaw; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family. The family will receive friends on Monday, June 17, 2024, from 1:00- 2:00 PM at Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home. The family will have a private service.
