Tonya Carol Bayliff

Tonya Carol Bayliff, 41, of Florence, passed away on Monday, October 11, 2021. Ms. Bayliff was born a daughter of Connie Freeman Dean and Douglas Proctor Dean. She served in the US Air Force for several years and was a member of Elim Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her twin sons, Julius Lee Bayliff and Tyler Judd Bayliff; brother, Justin Dean; sister, Kayla Broach; aunt, Betsy Freeman; uncle, Phil Freeman, and three nephews. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 20, 2021, from 2:00 – 3:00 PM at Elim Baptist Church.A memorial service will be held at 3:00 PM on Wednesday at the Church directed by Stoudenmire-Dowling Funeral Home.
